Satisfaction Guaranteed If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive from Ink2Art during the first 30 days of service, you may request in writing via email or US Mail that your services be discontinued at which time you will receive a prorated refund for work completed. Refunds A prorated refund will be issued if for any reason Ink2Art fails to deliver said services. If you choose to terminate services before the end of any prepaid periods, no refunds will be issued. Content This is the most difficult thing to articulate regarding the nature of web site content. I ask that each of my customers maintain a PG-like criteria for content on their sites. Ink2Art believes in freedom of speech, however, any content (written, visual, or implied) in the following areas will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate termination of service:
I ask that you maintain a PG (parental guidance) rating level for your web site. If Ink2Art is made aware of any questionable content, I will ask that you remove it or find another web hosting company. |

Spam Ink2Art has a zero tolerance policy regarding "spam". Spam is the act of sending unsolicited email and is grounds for termination of services without notice and without refund. Spam is viewed as a menace. Any Ink2Art customer engaging in this practice will have their service terminated without notice. Payment All payments will be charged to an approved credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal), or a personal check. Failure to keep your account current will result in termination of service. Personal checks must clear the bank before accepted. Renewals will be notified 30 days before the renewal date. Accounts 15 days past due will be disabled and notified. Privacy Policy When you sign up for service with Ink2Art, I collect personal information from you including your name, e-mail address, billing address, and a password. This information will not be shared with anyone else. Design Credit Ink2Art may put an unobtrusive byline on the bottom of your home web page establishing design and/or development credit; and list your web site in my portfolio.
