If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you receive from Ink2Art during the first 30 days of service, you may request in writing via email or US Mail that your services be discontinued at which time you will receive a prorated refund for work completed.

Refunds

A prorated refund will be issued if for any reason Ink2Art fails to deliver said services. If you choose to terminate services before the end of any prepaid periods, no refunds will be issued.

Content

This is the most difficult thing to articulate regarding the nature of web site content. I ask that each of my customers maintain a  PG-like criteria for content on their sites. Ink2Art believes in freedom of speech, however, any content (written, visual, or implied) in the following areas will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate termination of service:

• racism or prejudice due to color, creed, or belief
• pornographic or sexually explicit content including  but not limited to partial or full nudity. Artistic license is granted based on Ink2Art's judgement (yes, I know it's subjective).
• profanity or obscene language

I ask that you maintain a PG (parental guidance) rating level for your web site. If Ink2Art is made aware of any questionable content, I will ask that you remove it or find another web hosting company.

Liabilities

Ink2Art makes no endorsement, claims, or  promises regarding the services offered by my clients and will not be held liable for any disputes or claims against  said clients. In no event shall Ink2Art be liable for  any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the  use or performance of this web site or a from any information, services or products provided through this web  site.
